A WhatsApp catalogue that opens in one tap
A WhatsApp catalogue is a list of your products that customers can open from a WhatsApp chat. OneCatalog builds it as one web link, with a page for every product and a button that starts a WhatsApp chat about that product. You share the link anywhere on WhatsApp, and customers open it in one tap.
You keep your WhatsApp Business catalog too. This page explains what each one does well.
- Live in 48 hours
- ₹999 to start, refunded if not approved
- Anywhere in India, all on WhatsApp
Where the WhatsApp Business catalog falls short
The catalog inside the WhatsApp Business app is free and useful. Keep it. But shop owners run into the same limits again and again.
- You add every item by hand. Each product is added one at a time on your phone, with photos, a name and a country of origin. The app has no spreadsheet upload. Our guide on bulk upload to a WhatsApp Business catalog explains the workaround.
- Every item is reviewed first. WhatsApp reviews each item before customers can see it. Items that are pending or rejected stay hidden. See how long catalog approval takes.
- Items sometimes vanish. WhatsApp lists known issues where items do not display. Our catalog not showing guide covers the fixes.
- Prices are not always available. WhatsApp says adding prices works only in certain countries. Read why the catalog price is not showing.
- Collections wait for review too. Grouping items into collections is possible, but each new collection is reviewed. See our guide to WhatsApp catalogue categories.
- It lives inside WhatsApp. Catalog links open the item inside WhatsApp. Google does not list your products as web pages.
How does a OneCatalog WhatsApp catalogue work?
Your OneCatalog catalogue is a small website made only of your products. It has one address, like yourshop.onecatalog.in, or your own domain on plans from ₹3,999. Anyone with the link can open it in a phone browser. They do not need WhatsApp to look at it.
Each product has its own page with photos, price and details such as size, material, colour or MOQ. Products sit in categories, so a customer looking for silk sarees goes straight to silk sarees.
When a customer likes something, they tap Enquire on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with a message to you that already names the product. You reply with stock and delivery details, the way you do today.
How do I share my catalogue on WhatsApp?
Share the same link everywhere. Customers learn it and come back to it.
In your business profile
Add the link to the website field of your WhatsApp Business profile. Every customer who opens your profile sees it.
In your greeting message
New customers get your catalogue link the moment they say hello.
In quick replies
Save the link as a quick reply. When someone asks what you have, send it in two taps.
On your status
Post the link on your status when new stock arrives. Everyone who views your status can open it.
In broadcast lists
Send the link to your regular buyers in one broadcast instead of 30 separate photos.
Outside WhatsApp
Put it in your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile or on a QR code at your counter.
We set up your profile, greeting message and quick replies with you on a 15-minute video or WhatsApp call.
The Enquire on WhatsApp button
The button is the reason a catalogue sells. A customer who has to type a question often does not bother. A customer who taps one button usually does.
The message says which product they want. If you gave the product a code, the code is in the message too. You never have to ask which one they mean.
Your WhatsApp number stays the same. Enquiries come into the same chat list you use every day. It works with the normal WhatsApp app and with WhatsApp Business.
