For your trade
A reseller catalogue with your prices, not your supplier's
A reseller catalogue is one link that shows the products you resell, at the price you set, with your WhatsApp number on every product. OneCatalog builds it from the supplier photos you pick. Your buyers see a clean catalogue under your own name, not a pile of forwarded photos.
Your shop name. Your prices. Your buyers message you, not your supplier.
- Live in 48 hours
- ₹999 to start, refunded if not approved
- Anywhere in India, all on WhatsApp
Why forwarding supplier photos stops working
Take a reseller who works from home in Surat. Her suppliers send 40 new product photos a day. She forwards the good ones to her buyer groups. She changes the price in each caption. Then she answers the same questions all evening.
- Forwarded photos often show the supplier's price or logo, not yours.
- Buyers see the same product from five resellers in one group, and they pick the cheapest.
- Nobody can scroll back and find the kurti from last Tuesday.
If you resell on apps like Meesho, you know this well. A catalogue gives you a shop window that is your own, and it stays put.
How a reseller catalogue works
You pick the products you want to sell. You send us the photos with your selling price. We build a catalogue under your shop name, with your WhatsApp number on every Enquire button. Your margin is already inside the price your buyer sees.
Pick your products
Choose the items you want to sell and send us the photos with your price for each one.
We build your catalogue
In 48 hours you get a link like yourshop.onecatalog.in, with your name at the top.
Share and take orders
Buyers open the link, look around and message you. You order from your supplier the way you do today.
Is a catalogue right for my reselling?
Think about how fast your products change. Every plan includes 12 update requests a year, each for up to 10 products. Extra batches cost ₹299 for 10 products.
| Your situation | Fit |
|---|---|
| You sell a steady range of 20 to 50 favourites | Good fit. Start on Lite or the 50 product plan |
| You add a few new products each month | Good fit. Updates are included |
| You change your whole range every few days | Poor fit. Extra batches will cost more than they earn |
Choose products that sell again and again
Your supplier may send you hundreds of products. You do not need all of them in your catalogue. The best reseller catalogues are small and careful.
- Start with the 20 products your buyers ask about most. These are your proven sellers.
- Pick items that your supplier keeps in stock for months, not days.
- Group them the way your buyers shop, like kurtis, bedsheets and kitchen items.
- Leave out items that every other reseller in your group is already sharing. Show the ones that make you different.
Build trust as a home reseller
New buyers often wonder if a reseller is real. A catalogue helps. It has your shop name, your WhatsApp number and an About page about you. That looks much more serious than a forwarded photo.
- Tell us a few lines about yourself for your About page, like your city and how long you have been selling.
- Add one or two real photos of products you have at home. Real photos in daylight build more trust than studio photos.
- Use the same shop name everywhere, in your catalogue, your WhatsApp profile and your groups.
Example reseller catalogue layout
| Category | Details shown |
|---|---|
| Women's wear | Sizes, fabric, colours, your price |
| Home and kitchen | Size, material, what is in the pack, your price |
| Kids wear | Age range, fabric, your price |
| Beauty and personal care | Brand, pack size, your price |
Ask your supplier for photos without their price or logo. Clean photos make your catalogue look like your own shop.
Photo tips for resellers
- Pick supplier photos with a plain background. Mixed backgrounds make the catalogue look messy.
- Skip photos that have text or prices printed on them.
- Choose one main photo and one close photo for each product. Ten angles is too many.
- If you have the product at home, one real photo in daylight works better than a studio photo.
What it costs a reseller
Resellers with a short list start on Lite. It costs ₹1,999 a year for up to 20 products, on a onecatalog.in link. If you have more products or want your own domain, pick up to 50 products for ₹3,999 in the first year. See every plan on the pricing page. Our WhatsApp catalogue page shows how to share the link. If you resell clothing, the garment catalogue page has more ideas.
