What is not included
- Product photography. We clean up the photos you send, but we do not visit to take them.
- Online payments or a shopping cart. Customers order by messaging you on WhatsApp.
- Changes to the catalogue design beyond the colour and theme options every catalogue has.
Updates are included: 12 update requests a year, each for up to 10 products. After that, extra batches cost ₹299 for 10 products.
Billing and payment questions
The first year includes building your catalogue and setting up your domain. Renewal covers hosting and updates only, so it costs less. On the 50 product plan, renewal is ₹2,999 a year.
We fix what is wrong first. If you still do not approve it, the ₹999 is fully refunded and you owe nothing more.
Your catalogue goes offline after a 15-day grace period. Your domain is registered in your business name, so you keep it either way.
No. There is no free plan. You pay ₹999 to start, and that is refunded if you do not approve the finished catalogue. If you want something free, the catalog inside the WhatsApp Business app costs nothing. Our WhatsApp catalogue page compares the two.
