The daily problem in a garment shop

Think about a saree shop in Salem. A new bundle of stock comes in on Monday. The owner takes a photo of each saree and sends it to regular buyers, one chat at a time. By Saturday, those Monday photos are lost under hundreds of new messages.

  • Every buyer asks the same things. What is the price? What fabric? Which colours do you have?
  • Shops that buy from you want to see the full new range, not ten photos at a time.
  • A lady liked a saree last week. Now she cannot find the photo, so she buys from someone else.

This is not your fault. WhatsApp chats were made for talking, not for showing a shop full of stock.

How a garment catalogue maker fixes it

A catalogue gives every piece its own page. The page has the photos, the fabric, the colour, the sizes and the price. You send one link. The buyer scrolls through everything on their own phone. When they like something, they tap Enquire on WhatsApp. The message they send you already names that exact saree or set.

  1. Send your photos

Send photos of your stock on WhatsApp with the name, fabric and price of each piece.

  2. We build it in 48 hours

We crop and brighten the photos, sort them into categories and send you your link.

  3. Share one link

Put the link in your WhatsApp status, your profile and your broadcast lists. Buyers look through it in their own time.

When a piece sells out, we mark it out of stock. We do not delete it. The page stays, so a buyer can still ask you when it will come back.

What each product page can show

We set up categories the way your buyers ask for things. Here is how a saree and dress material shop might look.

CategoryDetails on each product
Silk sareesFabric, colour, border, blouse piece included or not, price
Cotton sareesFabric, colour, weave, length, price
Dress materialTop, bottom and dupatta fabric, length in metres, price
Readymade kurtisSizes, colours, fabric, price
Kids wearAge range, colours, price

Each product can have more than one photo. For a saree, that means the full drape first, then a close look at the border and the pallu. Buyers like to see the pallu before they ask.

If you sell mostly to other shops, you can show a minimum order and a price per set. The wholesale catalogue page explains that setup.

Get your catalogue ready before the festival rush

Garment sales go up and down with the calendar. Pongal, Onam, Diwali and the wedding months bring the biggest rush. Your catalogue can be ready before the rush starts.

  • Send your festival stock to us two or three weeks early. Then your link is ready on the day buyers start asking.
  • Ask us to add a short message at the top of your catalogue, like New Diwali silks are here. It shows on every page in your shop colour.
  • Save your update requests for the busy months. Every plan includes 12 update requests a year, each for up to 10 products.
  • After the season, mark the pieces that sold out. Do not delete them. Some buyers will ask for the same design next year.

Name your products the way buyers search

A good product name helps your buyers, and it helps Google. Write the colour, the fabric and the type, in that order. Maroon Kanchipuram silk saree with gold border tells a buyer much more than Saree 104.

Once your catalogue has 40 or more products, it also gets a search box. A buyer can type mustard or cotton and see only those pieces. Clear names make that search work well.

Photo tips for sarees and fabric

  • Take photos in daylight near a window. Tube lights make silk colours look wrong.
  • Show the full drape first. Then take a close photo of the border and the pallu.
  • Lay dress material flat on a plain sheet so the print is easy to see.
  • Use the same background for every piece. The catalogue looks neat, and buyers can compare colours.
  • If you can, send the photos as documents in WhatsApp. That keeps the full quality.

Do not worry if your photos are not perfect. We crop every photo square and fix the brightness before it goes in.

What it costs for a garment shop

Most garment shops start with up to 50 products for ₹3,999 in the first year. That plan includes your own domain name. Shops with a bigger range pick up to 150 products for ₹5,999. You pay ₹999 to start, and you get it back if you do not approve your catalogue.

See every plan on the pricing page. To learn how the link works inside WhatsApp, read our WhatsApp catalogue page. You can also open live catalogues we have built from our home page.

Garment catalogue questions

Yes. Each product can show sizes, colours and fabric. If a kurti comes in five colours, we can list all five on one product. Or we can make each colour its own product with its own photo.

It works well if most pieces stay in your shop for a few weeks. Every plan includes 12 update requests a year, each for up to 10 products. If your whole range changes every week, you will need extra batches at ₹299 for 10 products. Ask us first and we will tell you the real cost.

We mark it out of stock. It stays in the catalogue with a small badge, so buyers can still ask if it will come back. If you never want to show it again, we can hide it.

Yes. We can put a short message at the top of every page, like Wedding collection now in stock. When the season ends, we take it down.
