For your trade
Wholesale catalogue maker for distributors who sell to hundreds of retailers
OneCatalog is a wholesale catalogue maker for distributors, stockists and B2B sellers. We build a catalogue where every product shows its code, minimum order and bulk price. A retailer can order without asking you five questions first. You send one link to every retailer, instead of the same photos to each one.
Fewer repeat questions for your office. Fewer wrong orders. One link your whole team can use.
- Live in 48 hours
- ₹999 to start, refunded if not approved
- Anywhere in India, all on WhatsApp
The problem with selling wholesale on WhatsApp
Think of an electrical goods distributor in Hosur with 300 retail shops on WhatsApp. When a new product comes in, someone in the office sends the photo to each shop, or to a few broadcast lists. Then the replies start, with the same questions the office has answered a hundred times.
- What is the minimum order? What is the price for 10 boxes? Is it in stock?
- A retailer orders the wrong item, because two products look the same in a photo.
- New staff do not know the full range yet, so they cannot answer questions.
How a wholesale catalogue maker saves your team's time
Each product page answers the usual questions before anyone asks. The code, pack size, minimum order, price and stock are all on the page. The retailer taps Enquire on WhatsApp. The message already has the product code in it, so your team knows exactly what to bill.
When an item runs out, it gets an out of stock badge. It does not vanish. Retailers can still ask when it will be back.
Example wholesale catalogue layout
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| Product code | SW-6A-WH |
| Pack size | Box of 20 |
| Minimum order | 10 boxes |
| Price | One price, a bulk price written as text, or Price on request |
| Brand | The brand name, if you stock more than one |
| Stock | In stock, or an out of stock badge |
Bulk prices are written as text on the product. For example, one price for 10 boxes and a lower price for 50 boxes. The catalogue does not add up totals or take payment. You confirm every order in the WhatsApp chat.
Everyone who opens the catalogue sees the same prices. If different customers pay different rates, show Price on request and quote each one in the chat.
Product codes stop wrong orders
Many wholesale products look alike. A 6A switch and a 16A switch. A 1.5 sq mm wire and a 2.5 sq mm wire. In a photo, they can look the same. That is how wrong orders happen.
In your catalogue, each product has its own code. When a retailer taps Enquire on WhatsApp, the code is part of the message they send. Your billing staff do not have to guess. If you already use codes in your billing software, send us the same codes. Then the catalogue and your bills match.
A catalogue your sales team can carry
Your sales staff visit shops every day. With a catalogue, they do not need a printed price list or a bag of samples for every item. They open the link on their phone and show the retailer the whole range.
- A new salesman can learn your range in an evening by scrolling through the catalogue.
- Staff can send a single product link to a retailer who asks about one item.
- Once you have 40 or more products, the catalogue gets a search box. Staff can type a code or a brand and find it fast.
- Every enquiry from the catalogue comes to the one WhatsApp number you choose for orders.
Photo tips for wholesale products
- Take a photo of the product and of its box. Retailers know products by the packaging.
- Make sure the label with the model number is easy to read. Or put the model number in the product name.
- Use the same plain background for every photo, so the range looks neat.
- For items sold in packs, show one piece and the full pack as two photos.
