Jewellery catalogue maker that works when the gold rate changes every day
OneCatalog is a jewellery catalogue maker for jewellery shops and wholesalers. We build a catalogue where every design has its own page with photos, weight and purity. Gold prices move every day, so most jewellers show Price on request. The customer asks on WhatsApp, and you quote that day's price in the chat.
Your designs stay with their details. Your prices stay in your hands.
- Live in 48 hours
- ₹999 to start, refunded if not approved
- Anywhere in India, all on WhatsApp
Why jewellers struggle to share designs on WhatsApp
Picture a jewellery wholesaler in Chennai who supplies 60 shops. Each new design goes out as a photo, with the weight typed below it. A week later, a shop asks for the same photo again. Some shops forward old photos, with old weights, to their own customers.
- The weight and purity get lost when someone forwards the photo without the message under it.
- A price written on a photo is wrong the next day, because the gold rate has moved.
- A customer wants to see every design in a range, and you send them ten at a time.
How a jewellery catalogue maker helps
In a catalogue, the weight and purity sit on the product page, right next to the photos. They never get separated. A shop or a customer opens one link and sees every design in the range.
You stay in charge of the price. Most jewellers use Price on request for gold, so the catalogue never shows an old price. The customer taps Enquire on WhatsApp. The message names the exact design, and you quote today's rate in the chat. Items with a fixed price, like silver or imitation jewellery, can show their price.
Example jewellery catalogue layout
| Category | Details on each design |
|---|---|
| Necklaces | Weight in grams, purity such as 22K, stone type, design code |
| Earrings and jhumkas | Weight, purity, pair or single, design code |
| Bangles | Weight per piece, size, purity |
| Silver | Purity such as 92.5, weight, fixed price |
| Kids jewellery | Weight, purity, age range |
Give every design a code. The code goes into the customer's WhatsApp message, so you know which piece they mean, even when two designs look almost the same.
Made for the way families buy jewellery
Jewellery is rarely bought by one person alone. For a wedding, the bride, her mother and an aunt in another city may all want a say. Today that means screenshots, forwarded photos and a lot of confusion about which piece is which.
With a catalogue, the customer forwards one link to the family group. Everyone sees the same designs, with the same weights and codes. When they decide, one person taps Enquire on WhatsApp, and you get a message with the exact design code. Nobody has to describe a necklace in words.
Tip: make a Bridal category. Families planning a wedding can open it and see every bridal set in one place.
Are my designs private?
No. A OneCatalog catalogue is a public web page. Anyone with the link can see it, and Google can show it in search results. That is how new customers find you.
If some designs are only for certain buyers, keep them out of the catalogue. Share those in private chats. Put your regular range in the catalogue.
Photo tips for jewellery
- Use a plain dark or white cloth behind the piece. A busy background hides the detail.
- Take photos in soft daylight. Strong sun makes gold look pale and flat.
- Take one full photo, then one close photo of the work, like the stone setting.
- Do not put a ruler or coin in the photo. Write the size in the details instead.
- Rest the phone on a box to keep it still. A blurry jewellery photo cannot be fixed later.

Plans for jewellers
Jewellers with a small range start with up to 50 designs for ₹3,999 in the first year. Wholesalers with more designs pick 150 or 300 products. Compare them on the pricing page. See how sharing works on our WhatsApp catalogue page. If you supply other shops, the wholesale catalogue page covers minimum orders and bulk buying.

Send the new designs on WhatsApp and we add them. Every plan includes 12 update requests a year, each for up to 10 products. Extra batches cost ₹299 for 10 products.
We can mark it out of stock or hide it. Out of stock keeps the page with a badge, so a customer can ask you to make the same design again.
It can. Every design has its own web page that Google can read. A clear name, like 22K temple necklace with ruby stones, gives it the best chance.
